Dr. Eric French graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychological Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem. He completed his psychiatric residency at University Hospital and Medical Center in Tamarac, Florida. Dr. French has co-authored and published in the American Journal of Case Reports and previously served in the Army National Guard as a Forward Observer in the Field Artillery. Dr. French is trained in interventional psychiatry, focusing on electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation, with special interests in Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. He has extensive experience caring for patients in hospital, outpatient, and home settings, within both emergency and non-emergency environments. Dr. French is an advocate for all patient populations, adapting appropriate, tailored, and comprehensive care plans to meet the needs of the patients he serves.
